Life-changing Air Fryer Broccoli

- 12 ounces broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- ½ teaspoon umami seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic herb seasoning
- ¼-½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
PREHEAT: Preheat the air fryer for 2-3 minutes to 425ºF (see notes if your air fryer only goes up to 400ºF.)
SEASON: In a bowl, toss the broccoli with oil, umami seasoning, garlic herb, and red pepper flakes.
SPREAD: the broccoli out in a single layer over in the bottom of the air fryer basket.
ROAST: the florets for 3-4 minutes. Then shake the air fryer basket or flip using a spatula. Continue to air fry for an additional 3-4 minutes or until the florets are roasted and tender. This will depend how large the florets were to begin with. Squeeze some lemon or sprinkle with parmesan if desired, but I don't think it needs it!
- Air fryer setting: if your air fryer only goes to 400ºF, simple allow the broccoli to roast for 10-12 minutes, flipping or shaking the basket around the halfway mark.
- Storing leftovers: Store broccoli in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge. Microwave or reheat in the air fryer! It's delicious cold on salads too!
